Busker in Sannomiya, Kobe – Monochrome and Colour

I often hesitate on my decisions to make some photos monochrome. Usually it’s an easy decision if the photo is simple and has interesting textures. Architecture is popular too. However, in a shot like this I still think the colour version has something to offer. If you have any thoughts on this, please comment below.

Berries and Pipes

This photo was processed in HDR, then I added a filter from Snapseed. I liked the texture on the pipe originally, but I couldn’t get enough clarity out of the Snapseed app. I’ll be trying more, different effects in the future.
